Chicken Lumpia with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground chicken

1 piece carrot, minced

1 piece onion, minced

1/2 cup green onions, minced

6 tablespoons bread crumbs

1 piece egg

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

30 pieces lumpia wrapper (egg roll wrapper's) 


Sweet and Sour Sauce:

4 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons tomato ketchup

6 tablespoons white vinegar

2 teaspoon cornstarch

4 tablespoons water
